Check Your Order Status
If you have not yet received your order and feel that you should have received it by now, you can check your order status on line at any time using our self-service options.
You may check your order status by clicking the link located in the top orange menu bar. A link to check your order status will also be provided to you in the emails Easy Appliance Parts sends to you.
You require two pieces of information when checking your order status. Your email address, and your EAP order number.
After entering your email address and order number then clicking the search button, all information about your order will be displayed. Such as, your shipping address, order date and total cost.
You will see every part number you had ordered, and the status of each one.
If you have multiple shipments, your order status will display each shipment that was made and what part numbers were included in that shipment.
You may also track your package online. When you check your order status, each shipment sent to you will have a link that you may click. It will open a new window, and bring you directly to the
courrier's web site. (This information will also be emailed to you.) You will be able to see the estimated day of arrival or if your package has been delayed.
You can also check your order status by email. Please include your Name and Order number.
