You may return any part(s) to Easy Appliance Parts in its original condition for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of shipping. We will also refund the shipping charges
if EAP made an error in your shipment. All returns must have a return authorization.
Easy Returns using our Self-Serve Option
The quickest way to get a return authorization is through our self-service options. You will be able to process a return for your order by
checking your order status.
Once you have entered your email address and order number, you will be directed to your Order Inquiry screen. At the bottom of your Customer Order Inquiry
screen you will have the option to return some or all of your items. (You will also find the self-service “return link” in the email confirmation sent to you.)
If you have multiple items on your order you may then choose which items you would like to return. Please provide a return reason for each. After you have indicated the item(s)
you would like to return and the quantities of each, please click the Return The Item(s) button.
You will receive an email confirmation with a return authorization and return shipping address. You may ship this part back by any shipping method of your choice, however, we are not responsible for lost or damaged parts on return shipping. EAP suggests returning the part(s) to us using a method that is insured and or traceable.
Please Note: Electronic or electrical parts, which were installed or used, or “tried” CANNOT be accepted for refund under any circumstances.

If your part was received damaged, you must advise us within 10 days of receiving the damaged part to qualify for replacement of that item. Also see

It will take approximately two (2) weeks from the time we receive your part for your refund to be processed. If you would like to more information regarding a refund you are waiting for please
