Shipping Methods

Easy Appliance Parts will ship your order using a widely recognized courier. EAP will ship your parts to any physical address within the continental United States.

Easy Appliance Parts does not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or United States offshore territories, including APO/FPO US military bases.

Customers should provide a street or civic address. Customers who enter a P.O. Box address will be contacted via email for a correction. Easy Appliance Parts is not responsible for delays in shipping this may cause.

Canadian Residents

Because of duty restrictions Easy Appliance Parts is unable to ship most items to Canada. If you are a Canadian customer interested in purchasing parts from Easy Appliance Parts, please email email with the details and we will do our best to help you.

Shipping Costs

Costs include shipping and handling (no additional handling charges).

Regardless of the number of shipments it takes to complete your order, you will only be charged freight once. You can choose from the available shipping methods displayed to you when you proceed to checkout.

Oversized Items and Extra Shipping Charges

In some cases customers are required to pay extra shipping charges beyond those listed above. Extremely large items may be restricted to more expensive methods.
In those cases the customer will be contacted and offered the choice of:

• Paying the extra freight.
• Canceling the order.

*Customers will not be charged additional freight without authorization.

Multiple Warehouses

Easy Appliance Parts operates several warehouses throughout North America. Our online system has been designed to have your order shipped from only one warehouse if possible. If necessary, your order may be split between two or more of our warehouses. If this happens, it will be clearly displayed to you in the Order Submission page what you will be charged for shipping. You will never be charged more for shipping than is displayed in the Secure Checkout and Order Confirmation pages. Some warehouses do not have all shipping methods available, so you will have the opportunity to select a shipping method for each of the warehouses involved in your order.
