There are two belts under a Maytag washer; one for the main drive pulley and one for the water pump. The belt kit includes both the drive belt and the pump belt which are both V-shaped. The belt connects the drive motor to the drive system to be able to spin the tub basket. If your washer will not agitate, not spin, or not drain, the belt could be worn or damaged and will need to be replaced. This is a genuine OEM kit. Please remember to disconnect the power and shut off the water supply to your washer before starting your repair.

The water inlet valve controls the water flow into your washer. If your washer is leaking, will not fill with water, has no hot/cold water, or will not stop filling with water, you may need to replace the valve. This is a genuine OEM part.
