This top burner igniter has a male spade terminal. It is used to create a spark that will light the gas and start the burner when the burner knob is depressed and turned. The mounting bracket is included with the igniter. If your element will not heat, will not start, or the gas igniter glows but will not light, you may need to replace the igniter. This is a genuine OEM part. It is recommended to disconnect the power to your range before you start your repair.

This top burner knob is just over two inches in diameter. It is black in color and is made of plastic. This knob has white lettering denoting the off, low, light, and high positions. It also has a red indicator line and a line of decorative red flames of various sized denoting the temperature level. This knob will accept a 'D' shaped shaft.

This screw is half an inch long. It is made of metal and is intended for use with ranges, refrigerators, and washing machines.

This black burner head with the spark electrode helps distribute flame evenly to your cookware. If your burner no longer ignites or the burner head is cracked it will need to be replaced. When removing the failed burner head, rotate it counter clockwise to release the burner from your cooktop. Please note the manufacturer has updated the burner head and in the newer version, the gasket seal is no longer required. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power before starting your repair.
