This is an oven bulb lens cover. It is made of glass and is approximately 3 inches in diameter. The lens cover protects the light bulb from being damaged. The main reason to replace the light lens cover is if it is cracked, damaged, or missing. Make sure the lens cover is cool to the touch before you begin this repair. To remove the lens cover, simply turn it counter clockwise until you can remove it. Replace it with a new cover and turn it clockwise to lock it into place. The convection fan blade works in conjunction with the convection fan motor by turning to circulate the hot air through the oven for even heating. The fan blade attaches to the convection motor shaft and is secured by the blade nut. If the part is damaged or worn you will need to replace it. This part is made from metal and measures approximately 5” in diameter. Please remember to disconnect the power to the oven before starting your repair.
