This single white drum bearing slide attaches to the outer-most sides of the bearing to help support the front of the drum as it rotates. If your dryer is making loud noises or the drum will not tumble, you many need to replace the slides. The manufacturer recommends replacing both slides at the same time; there are 2 slides per dryer. This is a genuine OEM part. Please make sure to disconnect power to the dryer before starting your repair.

This rear drum bearing kit comes with a shaft, bearing and installation instructions. The bearing plate comes with a slot in it for the ground strap. Over time the drum bearing will wear out, once it has the dryer may make some noise and the drum bearing will need to be replaced. This part is the replacement high-limit thermostat or safety thermostat for your dryer. The high-limit thermostat is found on the upper right-hand side of the heater housing, and it cuts off power to the dryer motor if the temperature reaches an unsafe level. If you push the start button and nothing happens, the high-limit thermostat should be tested for continuity and replaced if the contacts are open. Be sure to disconnect power to the dryer before you begin this repair. This part is sold individually and is an OEM part.
