The evaporator thermistor, also known as a thermistor, helps detects the evaporator temperature inside the air conditioner and then sends the information to the main control board. If your air conditioner is too warm, too cold, or not cooling properly, you may need to replace the evaporator thermistor. The condenser fan blade fits on the air conditioner motor shaft. When activated the fan blade will circulate air over the condenser to cool the refrigerant before it enters the evaporator. This fan blade is blue in color, made of plastic and measures approximately 16” in diameter. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power to the unit before starting the repair.
