The grease filter traps the grease particles in the air from cooking. It measures approximately 13 1/2” by 6” and is silver in color. If the filter is damaged, clogged, or missing, you will need to replace it. Most microwaves require two filters, please order the quantity you need. The grease filter is a genuine OEM part and is sold individually.

The light bulb lights up the surface below your microwave and brightens the interior of the microwave once the door has been opened. The bulb is 20 watt and has a small, screw-in base. If the light bulb is burnt out or broken you will need to be replace it. This bulb is a genuine OEM part and is sold individually. Remember to disconnect the microwave from the power source before you begin this repair.

The door interlock switch, also known as a micro switch, works in conjunction with your microwave operation. The switch will prohibit the microwave from starting when the microwave door is open. If your microwave won’t turn on or there is no heat, you may need to replace the switch. This part is a little over an inch long, black in color with a red dot and is sold individually. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power before starting your repair.
