If your microwave plate or tray is not turning, you could have a broken or damaged rotating ring. This plastic ring is gray in color and is approximately 10 inches in diameter. The 3 wheels are made of white plastic. This part is sold individually.

The stirrer fan cover in your microwave can be found on the roof of the microwave. It protects the fan from damage and debris. This fan cover is made of white plastic and is approximately 7.5 inches in diameter. Occasionally, the stirrer fan cover can melt, and become damaged. If you smell burning from your microwave or notice damage, the fan cover should be replaced. The stirrer fan cover is sold individually, and is an OEM part directly from the manufacturer.
