The air filter is used in your air conditioner to help keep dirt, dust, and other airborne particles from getting into your home. The most common cause for window air conditioners to not blow cool air is blocked or dirty air filters. If the A/C air filter becomes clogged or dirty, it will cause little to no air flow over the evaporator coils which will cause frost to build up due to the cold air and no circulation. This will keep cool air circulating into the room and the filter will need to be replaced. This air filter measures approximately 23” L x 9 1/2” W and is suggested to keep the air filter clean to help maintain the productivity of the A/C. This air filter is a genuine OEM part.

The condenser fan blade fits onto the air conditioner motor shaft. The fan blade helps circulate air over the condenser to cool the refrigerant before it enters in to the evaporator. This part is beige in color, made of plastic and measures approximately14 1/2” in diameter. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power to the air conditioner before starting the repair.
