This door latch is a manufacturer-approved replacement part for your dishwasher. The door latch keeps your dishwasher closed during the wash cycle. If it is damaged, the door will be difficult to open and close. This is a very easy repair. To complete this repair, remove the faceplate from the dishwasher door, and disconnect the latch from the latch assembly. There may be a screw holding it in place.

Soap Cup Latch Kit

The latch kit includes the latch and the snap. This part is used to keep the soap dispenser cover closed until activated. It is located on the inside of the door panel on the right side. If your dishwasher is not dispensing detergent, or the latch is broken or damaged, you may need to replace the latch kit. This is a genuine OEM part.
