Defrost timer (timer, defrost (paragon))

This 120 volt, 60Hz defrost timer acts like a clock, continually advances and alternates between activating the cooling cycle and the defrost heater. If the refrigerator is too warm, freezer section too warm or freezer not defrosting you might need to replace the defrost timer. This is a genuine OEM part. Disconnect the power to the refrigerator before starting the repair.

Condenser fan motor kit (motor (includes illus. 8, 10, 13))

This condenser fan motor is used with frost-free refrigerators with a condenser coil. When the compressor runs, so does this fan, circulating air through the refrigerator grille, cooling the compressor and condenser coils. This part also helps to evaporate excess water in the drain pan. If your refrigerator/freezer section is too warm you may need to replace this part. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power to your refrigerator before starting the repair.

Door hinge nylon washer (washer)

The hinge washer works in conjunction with the door hinge on the refrigerator door. This part is white in color and measures approximately 0.75” in diameter. If the refrigerator door is making noise opening and closing, you may need to replace this part. This is a genuine OEM part and is sold individually.

Light bulb - 40w (bulb)

This light bulb is found behind the controls box in some refrigerators.

Speed nut (nut)

The speed nut works in conjunction with the condenser fan motor. The fan blade attaches to the condenser motor shaft and the speed nut secures the blade to the motor. Make sure the speed nut is properly attached and secured. If the part is damaged, worn, or will not tighten, you will need to replace it. This part measures 1/4-20 inch. Sold individually. Bimetl-def (control, bi-metal defrost)

Filter drier tube (drier)

The filter drier tube with system access port, works in conjunction with your refrigerator by filtering the refrigerant that travels through the seal system of your refrigerator. This part measures approximately 10” long and is a genuine OEM part. Please make sure to disconnect the power before starting the repair. Please note it is recommended to have a service technician install the filter drier tube because it involves recharging and recovering refrigerant in the sealed refrigerant system.
