Defrost timer (timer, defrost 'paragon')

This 120 volt, 60Hz defrost timer acts like a clock, continually advances and alternates between activating the cooling cycle and the defrost heater. If the refrigerator is too warm, freezer section too warm or freezer not defrosting you might need to replace the defrost timer. This is a genuine OEM part. Disconnect the power to the refrigerator before starting the repair.

Hose clamp (clamp)

This hose clamp expands from half an inch to an inch in diameter. It is made entirely of metal and is intended for use with Maytag washing machines to secure the end of the drain hose to the pump drain port. Please make sure to disconnect the power to your washer before you start your repair. This hose clamp is a genuine OEM part and is sold individually.

Single outlet water valve kit (valve, dole)

When energized, the water inlet valve will release water from the supply line into the ice mold and the water dispenser in the refrigerator. If the ice maker is not making/dispensing ice, not dispensing water, or leaking, you may need to replace the water inlet valve. The water inlet valve is in the back section of your refrigerator and will need to be pulled out from the wall. Make sure to disconnect both the water and power supply before starting your repair. The manufacturer has redesigned the valve; it may appear different than the original. The updated valve has a new quick connection. To install the updated valve, cut the retaining nut off the existing water line and gently push into the new valve. This is a genuine OEM part. Door hinge nylon washer (washer, 1/16)

Hinge washer (washer, 7/64 'repair')

The hinge washer works in conjunction with the door hinge on the refrigerator door. This part is white in color and measures approximately 0.75” in diameter. If the refrigerator door is making noise opening and closing, you may need to replace this part. This is a genuine OEM part and is sold individually.

Water inlet hose washer (washer)

The washer is black in color and works in conjunction with the fill hose in your washer. This washer helps by creating a watertight seal to avoid leaking. Over time the washer may be worn down or damaged which will allow water to pass through and start leaking and will need to be replaced. This part measures 1-1/16” x 5/8” and is made of rubber. This is a genuine OEM part and is sold individually.

Spacer (spacer, holding switch)

Ice maker drive gear (gear)

The drive gear works in conjunction with the ejector blades in your ice maker. The drive gear attaches to the cam to help rotate the ejector arm to push the ice from the ice maker into the ice container. If the ice maker isn’t dispensing ice you may need to replace this part. The drive gear is approximately 1 1/2” in diameter, white in color and made of plastic. Please remember to disconnect the power and water supply before starting your repair.
