Drawer slide - left or right side (slide)

This drawer slide supports the left or right hand side of the sliding drawer.

Compressor start relay (starter-tsd)

The start relay briefly boosts the compressor, and then shuts off as soon as the motor gets up to speed. Note: This part has been updated by the manufacturer. It may differ in appearance but will still function the same as the original.

Drive gear (gear)

This icemaker drive gear works in conjunction with the ejector blades. The gear helps rotate the ejector arm to push the ice from the ice maker in to the ice bin. If your ice maker is not dispensing ice you may need to replace this part. The gear is little over an inch in diameter, white, and made of plastic. Please remember to disconnect the power and water supply before starting your repair. This is a genuine OEM part.

Door light switch (switch)

This is a switch for your refrigerator, but you may also know it as a door switch or a plunger light switch. This part turns your appliance light on and off as the door is opened and closed. If your current light does not turn on, it will need to be replaced. To make this repair you will need a Phillips head screwdriver, a putty knife, and a flat head screwdriver.

Defrost heater

This part is located at the bottom of the evaporator. The defrost heater heats the evaporator in the defrost mode of operation to keep the cooling coils from frosting over. The thermostat must be replaced when replacing the defrost heater.

Ice stripper

This part strips ice from the icemaker mold during the ejection cycle to prevent ice from falling back into the mold. Once removed from the mold, the ice is then deposited into the ice bucket, ready to be dispensed. If your ice maker is not making any ice you may need to replace this part. The ice stripper is white in color and is approximately 9-inch long. It is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect power to your refrigerator before starting your repair.
