Upper hinge (hinge)

This is the top hinge.

Hinge bearing

This door hinge bushing, or hinge bearing, is a genuine OEM replacement part for your refrigerator. The hinge bearing helps the refrigerator door stay on track when opening and closing, ensuring it is flush with the cabinet when closed. You will need a screwdriver and a ratchet in order to complete this repair.

Center hinge pin (pin-center h)

Light switch (switch)

This is the replacement light switch for your refrigerator. It is white in color and is approximately 2inches long and 1 inch wide. If the light is not working or stays on, you may need to replace the switch. It is an OEM part, directly from the manufacturer. Be sure to disconnect the refrigerator from the power source before you begin this repair. To remove the switch, simply use a flathead screwdriver to pop the switch out from the refrigerator wall, then disconnect the wires. Reconnect the wires to the new switch and snap it into place to complete your repair.

Shelf

This freezer shelf is for refrigerators. Follow the directions in the owner's manual to install the freezer shelf in your refrigerator. Wear work gloves to protect your hands.

Water tube

Filter - drier (filter)

Refrigerant system filter/dryer.

Freezer door gasket - black (freezer gasket)

This door gasket is used to seal the freezer door when closed.

Lower hinge pin (lower hi pin)

Ice stripper

This part strips ice from the icemaker mold during the ejection cycle to prevent ice from falling back into the mold. Once removed from the mold, the ice is then deposited into the ice bucket, ready to be dispensed. If your ice maker is not making any ice you may need to replace this part. The ice stripper is white in color and is approximately 9-inch long. It is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect power to your refrigerator before starting your repair.

Kickplate grille (grille kick plate)

This kickplate grille is attached to the bottom of the refrigerator.

Humidity control damper (control-hu)

This part is found on the side of some crisper pan covers. It will allow you to adjust the humidity within the crisper pan.
