Refrigerator ice maker assembly (ice maker mold)

The ice maker assembly is used to produce ice for your refrigerator. The ice maker receives water from the water inlet valve and will freeze until ice cubes are formed. Once the water has been frozen the cubes will be ejected from the mold in to the ice bucket. The ice maker will continue the process until the ice bucket has reached the limit. If your ice maker is not making ice you may need to replace this part. This kit includes the fill cup, 4 pin wire harness adapter and tube. Please remember to disconnect the power and water supply before starting your repair. This ice maker is a genuine OEM part.

Replacement ice maker (ice maker motor)

This ice maker is the replacement heat-release unit only. This kit comes with four round female connectors at the end of the wire harness. It also comes with the adaptor that converts the harness to three round female and one round male connectors. This is a genuine OEM part. Please make sure you disconnect the power to the refrigerator before starting your repair.

Water inlet valve (water valve)

When energized, the water inlet valve will release water from the supply line into the ice mold and the water dispenser in the refrigerator. If the ice maker is not making or dispensing ice, not dispensing water, or leaking, you may need to replace the water inlet valve. The water inlet valve is in the back section of your refrigerator and will need to be pulled out from the wall. Make sure to disconnect both the water and power supply before starting your repair.

Defrost thermostat (thermostat)

The defrost thermostat snaps onto the top portion of the evaporator, it acts as a safety device and protects the evaporator from overheating during the defrost cycle. The thermostat can sense the rise in the evaporator temperature during the defrost cycle and cycles the defrost heater off after all the frost is melted from the coils. The defrost thermostat may need to be replaced if the appliance is experiencing temperature-related issues such as: too cold, too warm, frost buildup, not running, or running too long. This is a genuine OEM part. It is recommended to disconnect the power to your appliance before starting your repair.

Screw (screw-should)

Sold individually. This is a genuine part. The handle mounting shoulder screw (no.10 ab) is made for use with many refrigerators. The metal screw helps to fasten the handle assembly to the outer door panel. The handle mounting shoulder screw is sold individually. For the repair, you will need a pair of pliers.

Gasket retainer clip kit - 24 pieces (panel screw)

These are used to hold your gasket in place.

Fan motor evap 115v (motor)

The 115-volt evaporator fan motor is in the back of the freezer section and circulates air over the coils. These coils will convert the heat into cool air, which is then circulated. If your freezer is noisy or too warm from the motor not working, you will need to replace this part. It is suggested to replace the thermistor when replacing the evaporator fan. This is a genuine OEM part – note the screw holes in the motor are not threaded from the factory, use your old screws. Please remember to disconnect the power to the refrigerator before starting your repair.

Evaporator fan blade (refrigerator evaporator fan blade)

If your refrigerator or freezer is too warm or making noises, you may need to replace the fan blade. The fan blade attaches to the evaporator motor, which is in the freezer section, to help circulate the cold air into the refrigerator and freezer sections. The fan blade is white in color and made from plastic. This is a genuine OEM part. Please be sure to disconnect the power to your refrigerator before starting your repair.

Door gasket

This part is a replacement door gasket for your refrigerator/freezer. The gasket is made of rubber and is black in color. The gasket runs along the perimeter of the refrigerator door and is used to keep a seal, so the refrigerator remains cold. If you notice that your refrigerator will not maintain a steady temperature or if it is noisy, it could mean that the gasket is torn or damaged. This product is sold individually and is an OEM part from the manufacturer.

Refrigerator condenser fan motor kit (motor)

This is a replacement condenser fan motor kit for your refrigerator. This six-piece kit contains foam tape, 2 screws, the fan blade, the new motor mounting bracket, and the condenser fan motor. The condenser fan motor is found in the back of the refrigerator, and it moves air across the compressor and the condenser to keep them cool. If the motor has failed, the condenser and the compressor will run hot, and this can cause the refrigerator not to cool. This is an OEM part from the manufacturer.

Icemaker assembly (icemaker)

This icemaker is used on newer models where the cord will plug directly in to the back of the freezer. It includes the cover, fill cup, bail arm and a four-pin plug harness.

Refrigerator light bulb (light bulb/l)

Fan blade

This part blows air over the condenser.

Drawer slide - left or right side (slide)

This drawer slide supports the left or right hand side of the sliding drawer.
