Ice maker (im crescent)

This ice maker assembly is used to make ice in your refrigerator. The ice maker receives water from the water inlet valve and will freeze until ice cubes are formed. Once the water has been frozen the cubes will be ejected from the mold into the ice bucket. The ice maker will continue the process until the ice bucket has reached the limit. If your ice maker is not making ice you may need to replace this part. This kit includes the fill cup, 4-pin wire harness adapter, and a tube. Disconnect the power and water supply before starting your repair. This ice maker is a genuine OEM part.

Single outlet valve kit (water valve assembly)

When energized, the water inlet valve will release water from the supply line into the ice mold and the water dispenser in the refrigerator. If the ice maker is not making/dispensing ice, not dispensing water, or leaking, you may need to replace the water inlet valve. The water inlet valve is in the back section of your refrigerator and will need to be pulled out from the wall and make sure to disconnect both the water and power supply before starting your repair. As per the manufacturer, this valve has a new quick connection. You must cut the retaining nut off your current plastic water line, and gently push it into the new valve.

Light switch (switch light white)

The refrigerator light switch turns the interior light off and on when you open or close the refrigerator door. The light switch also prevents the front dispenser from working if the refrigerator door is opened. If the switch has shorted out or the light bulb is not turning on when the door is open, you may need to replace the switch. This switch is white in color and measures approximately 1 1/2” L x 1 1/4” W. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power to the refrigerator before starting the repair.

Door shelf retainer bar end cap (cap shelf front)

This is a replacement shelf bar end cap. The end cap connects to the shelf bar on either side, and then snaps into position on the freezer door. This will allow you to store items in the freezer door. It is a little more than 2 inches long and is made of white plastic. To replace the end cap, you can simply depress the locking tab and remove the entire bar and end cap assembly. Then, use a flat blade screwdriver to depress the locking tab, and the endcap will detach. Finally, snap the new end cap locking tabs into place, and snap the bar assembly back onto the freezer door. This product is sold individually.

Light bulb - 40w (lamp)

This 40-Watt light bulb is sold individually and is a genuine OEM replacement option for your home appliances. It is specially designed to withstand extreme temperatures, so this bulb is compatible with a variety of appliance types including refrigerators, ranges, microwaves, and dryers. It features a frosted glass bulb with a standard metal socket base, which allows you to easily unscrew the burnt-out light and twist the new bulb into place. Depending on your appliance, there may be a guard or cover protecting the lightbulb, in which case you may require additional tools to remove the cover. We recommend disconnecting the power supply to your appliance before changing the lightbulb.

Lower crisper drawer - clear (pan vegetable twin lower)

This is a replacement crisper drawer for your refrigerator. The drawer is approximately 17 inches long, 13 inches wide, and 9 inches tall. It is made of clear plastic and is sold individually. The crisper drawer slides in and out of the refrigerator, and is used to store items. The main reason you would want to replace the crisper drawer, is if the old drawer is cracked, broken, or missing. This is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer.

Fresh food door gasket (gasket door fresh food)

This white fresh food door gasket is used to seal the refrigerator door when closed to keep the cool air inside and the room air out.

Defrost timer - 120v 60hz (control defrost)

The defrost timer acts like a clock, continually advances and alternates between activating the cooling cycle and the defrost heater. This 120V 60Hz defrost timer will cycle for twenty-five minutes after every six hours of run time. The timer itself is made of plastic, and its terminals are bent, the leads are internal, and the label is orange. If your refrigerator is too warm, freezer section is too warm, freezer is not defrosting, or leaking, you may need to replace the defrost timer. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power before starting the repair.

Freezer door gasket (gasket door freezer)

This white door gasket is used to seal the freezer door when closed.

Temperature control (control temperature)

This part establishes and maintains the internal temperature of the refrigerator.

Package of 12 screws (screw)

This is a package of twelve Phillips-head screws. They can be used as replacement screws in refrigerators, ice makers, or freezers. Be sure to check that your appliance model is compatible with these screws. The screws are approximately ¾ of an inch in length.

The ice container is used to store the ice cubes that have been released from the ice maker in the freezer section until ready to be used. Light socket (socket and terminal assembly)

This part is a replacement light socket for your refrigerator. It connects to the power source, and holds the light bulb. If the light in your refrigerator is not working, you could have a faulty socket. It is important to determine if the light bulb is simply burned out, or if the socket is causing the issue.
