D-shaped knob clip (knob clip)

This control knob clip helps secure the timer knob to the shaft allowing you to select the desired setting for your dryer. If the knob has become loose or the clip is missing you will need to replace the clip. This clip is a genuine OEM part, made of metal and is sold individually.

Rear drum bearing kit (bearing)

This rear drum bearing kit comes with a shaft, bearing and installation instructions. The bearing plate comes with a slot in it for the ground strap. Over time the drum bearing will wear out, once it has the dryer may make some noise and the drum bearing will need to be replaced. This kit will help keep your dryer running as smoothly as possible with as little noise as possible. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power to your appliance before starting your repair.

Idler pulley wheel (idler pulley)

The idler pulley helps maintain the proper amount of tension on the drive belt to turn the drum. The idler pulley is located between the motor pulley and drum to provide tension on the belt. If the part has become worn, it could cause the dryer to be noisy or squeaky, and the pulley will need to be replaced. This part is yellow in color, made of plastic, and measures approximately 2 1/2” in diameter. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power to the dryer before starting the repair.

Lint filter with frame (lint filter)

The lint filter and frame for your dryer traps unwanted lint and debris so your dryer can effectively dry your clothes. If the old lint filter is cracked or clogged, or the dryer takes too long to dry or if excessive lint is accumulating inside the dryer or its venting, you may need to replace the lint filter. To replace the filter, simply remove the old, damaged filter, and replace it with the new one. This part is approximately 13 inches by 3 inches.

Door latch

This part helps to keep the door closed while the machine is running.

Rear drum bearing (drive bearing)

This part is the rear dryer drum bearing only. This part helps keep your dryer running smoothly as possible with as little noise as possible.

Front drum slide kit (glide assembly)

This front drum slide kit comes with two slides with the apppropriate mounting hardware.

Adjustable leveling screw (leveling leg)

The adjustable leveling screws on the bottom of your dryer can be screwed in or out to lower or raise the leg level. If one of the leveling screws is stripped, damaged, or missing, you may not be able to create a level base for your dryer. The leveling screw has a hexagon-shaped gray plastic foot, with a screw that is approximately 1 inch in length. To replace a damaged screw, simply turn the old screw to the left, until it can be removed. Then, simply screw the new leveling screw into place on the bottom of the dryer, making sure it is the same height as the other 3 leveling screws.

Drive motor (motor)

Replaces "T" and "V" style motors. Includes two motor pulleys. If you have an older model dryer, the pulley may be pressed on or held on with a set screw. If pulley is pressed on, a new motor pulley must be ordered.

Blower wheel

This wheel attaches to the motor.

High limit thermostat (thermostat)

With this high limit/safety thermostat, a dryer's heating element will cut out if the internal temperature reaches 260 degrees Fahrenheit. This element is meant as a safety device, will kick back in when the temperature drops to 210 degrees Fahrenheit. (Limit: 260-50)

Door switch (door switch assembly)

This part has three terminals. Note: Use the two smaller terminals for models that only have two wires to the switch.

Cycling thermostat - limit: 145-15 (thermostat)

It has a limit of 145 degrees Fahrenheit and a differential of 15 degrees. This means that with this thermostat, your dryer's heating element will cut out at 145 degrees Fahrenheit and kick back in when the dryer's internal temperature drops by 15 degrees.
