Replacement ice maker (refrigerator icemaker. This item does not include a new shut off arm.)

This 8-cube ice maker is used to help produce ice for your refrigerator. The ice maker receives water from the water inlet valve and will freeze the water until ice cubes are formed. Once the water has been frozen the ice cubes will be ejected from the mold into the ice bucket and will refill with water to repeat the process until the ice bucket is full. This ice maker does not include the bail or shut off arm. You can reuse the arms for your old ice maker or you can also order them separately if required. It does come complete with flat and round plug wiring harness, the mounting hardware, and the instructions. The harness can be reused. This ice maker will not fit refrigerators that have the ice auger mounted on the door. If your ice maker is not making ice you may need to replace this part. Please remember to disconnect the power and water supply before starting your repair. This ice maker is a genuine OEM part. ***NOTE: Ice maker does NOT come with the bail or shut off arm. Icemaker control assembly (refrigerator icemaker control module and motor assembly. Located under the white cover of icemaker and controls ice ejector bar, heater and water inle)

This part is used to help tell the icemaker what to do - it turns the timing cams and the ejector blades. It also controls the heater, the water inlet valve, the cube size, and cube ejection. The control assembly is located under the white cover of the ice maker. If the ice maker is making too much ice or not making ice at all, you may need to replace the control assembly. The motor is not sold separately. This is a genuine OEM part. Please make sure you disconnect power to the refrigerator before starting your repair.

Ice maker water fill tube kit (icemaker water fill tube with compression nut.)

The ice maker fill tube is used to supply water to the ice maker during the fill cycle and is located in the back wall of your refrigerator/freezer. The fill tube is 10-inches long and includes a compression nut and a tube insert. If the fill tube is cracked or leaking water you will need to replace it. This part is white in color, made of plastic, and is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power and shut off the water supply before starting your repair.

Dual outlet valve kit (refrigerator water inlet valve kit. This valve controls the flow of water to the icemaker and water dispenser.)

This part comes with several mounting brackets and plastic unions.

Water fill cup and bearing (bearing and cup assembly for icemaker)

The ice maker fill cup and bearing dispenses the water into the ice mold during the fill cycle. If your ice maker is not making ice, is leaking, or the cup or bearing is cracked, you will need to replace this part. This part is three inches long, white in color, and is made of plastic. It is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power and water supply to your refrigerator before starting the repair.

Ice mold (modular ice maker replacement ice cube mold and heater assembly, flake resistant surface)

This ice cube mold and heater assembly has a flake resistant surface with separations that mold eight ice crescents and is used with modular style icemakers on some refrigerators. The mold heater is an electrical device that thaws the ice quickly, so it can be released from the icemaker mold. If your ice maker is not making ice you may need to replace this part. Please remember to disconnect the power and water supply before starting your repair.

Screw (screw with plastic washer 8-18 x 1/2)

Metallic screw that is less than an inch long. Does not include the plastic washer.

Water tube kit (1/4 inch plastic water line kit, approximately 72 inches. Tubing will need to be cut to match existing length.)

The water tubing is made of plastic and goes between the water valve and the back of your refrigerator. The tubing is 72-inch in length, 1/4 inch in diameter, and comes with 2 inserts. This tube may be longer than the original tube and may need to be cut to fit your appliance. The water tube transports water to the ice and water dispensers. If there is no water going to the ice maker, your refrigerator is leaking, or if the ice and water dispensers are not dispensing properly, you may need to replace this tube kit. This part is an OEM part directly from the manufacturer. Please remember to shut off the water supply and to disconnect the power to your refrigerator before starting your repair.

Cycling thermostat (thermostat for modular icemaker, with new clips)

The ice maker thermostat, also known as bi-metal device, regulates and controls the activation of the icemaker ejection cycle. The thermostat lets the ice maker know when it is cold enough to produce ice. If your ice maker is not making ice or not dispensing ice, you may need to replace the thermostat. This is a genuine OEM part and comes with two retaining clips. Please remember to disconnect power to your refrigerator before starting your repair.

Compression nut (nut, 1/4" plastic water line)

This single 1/4-inch compression nut is used to connect the lines that supply water to the correct components, the water dispenser and the ice maker, with the plastic water line of the icemaker assembly. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power and water supply to the refrigerator before starting your repair.

Ice stripper (ice stripper for icemaker)

This part strips ice from the icemaker mold during the ejection cycle to prevent ice pieces from falling back into the mold. Once removed from the mold, the ice pieces are then deposited into the ice bucket ready to be dispensed. If your ice maker is not making any ice you may need to replace this part. The part is white in color and is approximately 9-inch long. The ice stripper is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect power to your refrigerator before starting your repair.

Ejector arm (ejector arm for icemaker)

This arm is used to eject the ice from the icemaker into the bin.
