Received parts when promised. Very happy with quality! Lesson learn when ordered from a different company...look at the actual part you’re replacing. Just because the part you’re order per model number may not be the part you want. You don’t want to lose time having to exchange parts.
The part itself was fine no issues - the issue that I had was - right after I ordered the part - we decided that we would look into purchasing a new dryer so I wanted to cancel the order which shouldn’t have mattered because it had just been ordered maybe 10 minutes earlier - went into the cancel order screen and cancelled but it just kept giving me a runaround - it looked like the cancellation went through but then the next day I got a confirmation on the part being shipped so I guess I’m stuck with it - have used this site before and this is the only issue that I have had with it - will continue to shop this site but will be absolutely sure before I consider placing an order
