New genuine whirlpool part took a time to be delivered even though I paid a $9 shipping fee three days was around seven days so dont bother paying the extra for expedited three day shipping as it isn't . If this holds up like the original in the washer then money well spent
The repair kit was exactly as ordered. It was for our washing machine, so we expedited delivery. A bit expensive, but it worked well. The repair was done in less than 10 minutes and the washer we thought we might need to replace has worked perfectly since.
For some reason my part did not ship for two days and then Fedex take three days. I payed a premium for two day shipping.
