this machine is nice but this will be a problem ,it is easy to catch your laundry on the strike and break it . keep plenty in stock .I'm sure they'll sell
I ordered two just in case I catch clothes on it and break again ?????. DO NOT call a service tech to put the new one in. Twist off the broken one and twist on the new one. Easy peazy. The part was back ordered. But that is understandable given the way things are now……..again?????. It took approximately 2 months to get it. I will order from this company if I need a replacement part.
