Door latch failure | Will Not Start | Door won’t close
Ordered in November '20 got the part in Feb '21. Shipping took the longest.....installing the new door latch to the dishwasher took 20 mins. Assembly and disassembly, and it was my first time replacing something on a dishwasher. YouTube has never been so helpful. Great customer service!

Website says ships in two days, my part took two weeks. I called and the guy on the phone did a great job at customer service. I will purchase again, thank you.
The part received in a timely manner and installed easily but does not seem to work as easily as the original it feels like I have to be really careful opening and closing or it may not. Grateful my dishwasher is working.

FedEx was supposed to delivery by a certain date yet it kept getting postponed and finally usps delivered my part.
