The parts came very quickly and were just just what was needed. An easy fix!
Two of the old rollers were“fixed in place” by mineral deposits. Soaked them with Calcium/Lime/Rust removal product. Wrestled with them a bit to remove but once I got them off replacing with the new rollers was easy
These fixed the old frozen ones and worked great.
I pay for 2-3 days shipping and did not receive it until a week and a half later. When I call I was not impressed with the help I received. They told me that they would have to contact FedEx and put a trace on the package and it would take 48 hours to get a response. I expected to get a better response from the company.
