The part works although what was sent was a black hook and the photo of the part is white and all the other hooks in the microwave are white.
The part I ordered was supposed to be white for my LG microwave but you sent a black one. I had no choice but install the black part. So I'm so tired of companies sending what they want so thanks for nothing and the part was outrageously priced for one small piece.
