Washing machine drain pump

This drain pump motor helps expel water from the washing machine and is activated after the spin speed is maintained for a specific period. If your washer will not drain, is noisy, leaking, or pumps but will not spin, you may need to replace the drain pump motor. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to shut off the water supply and disconnect the power to the washer before starting your repair. Note: Pump casing is not included.

Water inlet valve - hot (washer hot water inlet valve. Standard hose fitting inlet, 1 water outlet. The water inlet valve opens to allow water to enter the washing machine.)

The hot water inlet valve is located on the back of the washer and it helps control the amount of water that enters into the washer. The valve has a standard hose fitting inlet, 1 water outlet, 120 volts and 6 watts. If the washer is filling slowly or not at all, the solenoid may have gone bad and you will need to replace the inlet valve. The valve measures approximately 3” L x 2 3/4” W. Please remember to disconnect the water and power to the washer before starting the repair. This is a genuine OEM hot water inlet valve.

Shock absorber kit

This kit includes 1 shock absorber and 2 pins.

Spider (rear flange (also called a spider) and shaft for washing machine drum. This part supports the dryer drum.)

The spider, or rear tub support, is located behind the outer tub of your washer, and provides support to the outer tub. It has 3 legs and each measures approximately 10 inches long. If your washer moves or shakes, or sounds noisier than usual during the washing cycle, the support spider may be faulty or broken and should be replaced immediately.

Gasket (rear shaft seal at outer tub)

This genuine OEM drum seal gasket prevents water from leaking between the outer tub and spin basket of your washer. It is made of black rubber and measures 2.5 inches in diameter. If your washer is leaking, and running noisier than usual, check for wear on the gasket, and to ensure it is properly fitted.

Ball bearing (bearing,ball)

This bearing, or ball, is a genuine OEM replacement part for your washer. The bearing allows the tub to rotate smoothly. Replacing this part can be helpful if your washer is extremely loud, or vibrates excessively. Sometimes the seal can fail, allowing water to leak into the bearings. Often you will need to replace the inner and outer bearings, as well as the seal, at the same time.

Leg assembly

This levelling leg is a genuine replacement part. It is used to help keep your washing machine stable and balanced. It helps support your appliance. It screws into the base of your washer, and you can thread it in or out to adjust the height. The foot on this leg is made of rubber, which helps with grip, stabilization, and vibration reduction. It is also hexagonal in shape, which allows you to more easily adjust it. This levelling leg features a locknut on the shaft which can be tightened against the bottom of your appliance, this will stop the leg from rotating while you are using your washer. This replacement is sold individually.

Locking pin (shock absorber locking pin)

The locking pin is used to hold the shock absorber on the washer. There is a pin used at the bottom and top of the shock absorber. Sold individually.

Clamp assembly

The door boot seal clamp, also referred to as an outer door gasket clamp, holds the door boot in place in a front-loading washer. If your washer is leaking from the door and there are no signs of damage to the door boot seal, check to ensure that it is securely fastened. If your boot seal clamp is faulty, or damaged, it should be replaced immediately.

Pump filter (washing machine filter and trap assembly.)

This replacement pump filter, also known as a filter assembly, is a genuine OEM part for your washer or washer/dryer combo. Before beginning this repair, turn off the power and water supply to your washer. The filter assembly may need to be replaced because it is broken or is leaking water. To locate the filter assembly, pry open the small door on the front of the washer, using a flat-blade screwdriver. Unplug the drain hose next to the filter and drain the water into a bucket. Then unscrew the pump filter, and replace with your new one.

This drain hose plug, also known as a hose cap, is a genuine OEM part for your washing machine. This plug caps the drain hose from the pump housing, and helps prevent leaks from your washer. Before beginning this repair, make sure the power and water sources to your washer are shut off. To access the pump housing, open the pump filter cover, pull out the drain hose, remove the old plug and replace it, first draining the remaining water from the drain hose.
