Replacement ice maker (sub d7824706q)

This is a replacement ice maker assembly. The ice maker receives water from the water inlet valve and will freeze until ice cubes are formed. Once the water has been frozen the cubes will be ejected from the mold in to the ice bucket. The ice maker will continue the process until the ice bucket has reached the limit. If your ice maker is not making ice you may need to replace this part. Disconnect the power and water supply before starting your repair. This ice maker is a genuine OEM part. NOTE: This part has been updated by the manufacturer and does not include the cover, ice level arm or the wire harness. You can reuse those from the original ice maker.

Dryer door switch (switch-dor)

This 3-wire with leads dryer door switch is an on and off mechanism that prevents the dryer from operating while the door is open. The dryer will not operate until the door switch signals that the dryer door is closed. If the dryer won’t start, the lever broke off, or the switch shorted out, the appliance will not operate and the part will need to be replaced. Thermal cut-off kit (cutoff-tml)

This thermal cut-off kit for a dryer includes one high limit thermostat with a limit of 250 degrees Fahrenheit, and one thermal cut-off fuse (309 degrees). The thermal cut-off (fuse) is meant to trip at a higher temperature than that of a high limit thermostat. This is a one-time use fuse, so when it does trip, you must replace it. The hi-limit thermostat acts as a safety mechanism that keeps the dryer from overheating. Once the dryer temperature reaches a certain point, this piece will shut down power to the heating element. This genuine OEM kit also includes flat heaters with jumper wires. Make sure to disconnect the power source to the dryer before beginning this repair.

Flat style oven igniter (range oven igniter)

The flat-style oven igniter is used to ignite the gas to light the oven burner in your range. If your oven is not heating, check the igniter to make sure it is glowing. If the igniter is glowing and your oven is not heating, your igniter is not strong enough to heat the oven and you will need to replace it. Dryer cycling thermostat (dryer operating thermostat)

The cycling thermostat with an internal bias heater will continually cycle the heating element off and on to maintain a constant inner temperature in the dryer. This cycling thermostat has a limit of 155 degrees Fahrenheit and a differential of 25 degrees. Meaning that the heating element will cut out at 155 degrees and cycle back on once the internal temperature drops by 25 degrees. This is a genuine OEM part. Rear drum support roller kit (support)

This drum support roller kit is used for square-ported model clothes dryers. It has a metallic bearing in its center. This support roller is used to hold the drum in place in the cabinet while letting the drum rotate on the support rollers. If your dryer is noisy, will not tumble, or takes too long to dry you might need to replace the roller.
