Micro switch (switch,micro)

The interlock door switch, also known as a micro switch, will prevent the microwave from operating if the door is open. This switch has been updated by the manufacturer. It may appear different in appearance but will still function as the original part. This part has a green button and measures approximately a little over an inch long. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power to the microwave before starting the repair.

This microwave micro switch is normally open and when the door is shut, the door switch will close to send power to the microwave to operate. If the microwave won’t start, then the switch has failed and will need to be replaced. Turntable motor coupler (shaft,turntable)

The turntable motor coupler connects the turntable motor to the tray. If the turntable on your microwave will not rotate, you may have a faulty motor coupler. The coupler commonly has a D shaped opening that fits tightly onto the motor shaft. If it is cracked, or worn it will need to be replaced.
