The drum support roller for your dryer holds the drum in place while the drum turns on the support wheels. This drive belt is 1/4-inch wide with 4 ribs and 3 grooves. It is recommended to disconnect the power to your dryer before you start your repair. This drive belt is a genuine OEM part.

The moisture sensor, also known as a humidity sensor, works in conjunction with your dryer by helping determine the amount of moisture in the drum to reduce overdrying. If the timer doesn’t advance correctly, it is suggested to check the moisture sensor bar for damage. A damaged sensor can cause the automatic drying cycle to not work properly and will need to be replaced. This is a genuine OEM part. High limit thermostat and thermistor kit (thermostat assembly)

The thermistor, with wire harness, helps regulate and monitor the temperature inside of the dryer. The thermistor attaches onto the blower housing. If your dryer has a short drying time or a fault code is flashing, the thermistor maybe defective and will need to be replaced. Blower thermostat (thermostat)

The blower housing exhaust thermostat works in conjunction with your dryer by helping to regulate the temperature inside of the dryer drum. The thermostat will turn the heat off and on to help maintain the required temperature in the drum. If your dryer is not heating the thermostat may have shorted out and will need to be replaced. This part is the replacement high-limit thermostat, or simply the thermostat for your dryer. It is approximately 2 inches wide from tip to tip. The center, rectangular portion of the thermostat is approximately 1 inch in width and a little more than 1 inch in length. The thermostat is a safety device that regulates the temperature inside the dryer. If the thermostat is shorted out, your dryer may not be getting any heat, and you will need to replace it. You can test the high limit thermostat for continuity by removing it and connecting it to a multimeter. Be sure to disconnect your dryer from the power source before you begin this repair. Clamp

The hose clamp works in conjunction with the water hose in the appliance by holding the water hose in place to keep the hose from leaking water on to the floor. If you notice your appliance leaking, you may have a crack in the hose or that the clamp is loose and will need to be replaced.
