Timer knob with skirt (timer knob with skirt, white)

This white timer knob and skirt assembly is used with for some clothes washers and clothes dryers. The entire assembly is three inches in diameter, and it is made of plastic. There is a gray trim around the perimeter of the knob as well as a gray indicator line on the knob's skirt. This knob accepts a D-shaped shaft.

Timer - 120 volts - 60hz (dryer timer.Note: This part is often misdiagnosed and requires electrical testing with a volt/ohm meter to determine if it is defective.)

This dryer timer is used to control the unit's cycles by regulating the length of time that power is directed to each setting.

This timer resistor assembly is two inches long. It is made of ceramic and metal.
