Nut (cap nut)

High limit thermostat - l315-65 (high-limit thermostat for dryer. L315-65. If the dryer overheats, this high-limit thermostat will cut off the power to the heating element.)

This part is the replacement high-limit thermostat or safety thermostat for your dryer. The high-limit thermostat is found on the upper right-hand side of the heater housing, and it cuts off power to the dryer motor if the temperature reaches an unsafe level. If you push the start button and nothing happens, the high-limit thermostat should be tested for continuity and replaced if the contacts are open. Be sure to disconnect power to the dryer before you begin this repair. This part is sold individually and is an OEM part.

Inlet control thermostat (inlet control thermistor.Resistence reading should be around 100k ohms at room temperature and decrease with temperature rise.)

This part is located on the housing for the heating element.

Lint filter (dryer lint filter)

This part is the replacement lint filter for your dryer. The frame of this line filter is made of white plastic, and is approximately 13 ½ inches wide and 6 inches long. The lint filter sits in your dryer, and collects loose lint when the machine is operating. Sometimes the lint filter will become clogged or damaged, and in this case, you will need to replace your current lint filter with this part. To replace the filter, simply remove the old, damaged filter, and replace it with the new one.

Blower wheel (blower wheel for dryer)

This wheel attaches to the motor.

Terminal block and grounding strap (terminal block and grounding strap for power cord)

This part is connected to the rear bulkhead of the dryer with screws. It provides a way of connecting individual electrical wires and offers protection of the device from electrical surges (voltages and/or currents).

Drum baffle

This is the replacement drum baffle for your dryer. It is made of black plastic and is approximately 14 inches by 4 inches. This part is sold individually and is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer. The drum baffle is found inside the dryer drum, and it helps tumble your clothes. If the baffle is damaged or missing, you may notice marks being left on your clothes. The main reason you would replace the baffle is if you notice these marks, if the baffle is broken, or keeps falling off.
