Ice guide

This ice guide is in the freezer door located in the dispenser section. This part helps the ice be guided from the dispenser to your cup once activated. If the ice maker will not dispense ice, or the locking tabs are broken on the guide, you may need to replace the ice guide. The ice guide is made of clear plastic and is a genuine OEM part. Icemaker control assembly (module assembly (includes item 25))

This part is used to help tell the icemaker what to do - it turns the timing cams and the ejector blades. It also controls the heater, the water inlet valve, the cube size, and cube ejection. The control assembly is located under the white cover of the ice maker. If the ice maker is making too much ice or not making ice at all, you may need to replace the control assembly. The motor is not sold separately. This is a genuine OEM part. Please make sure you disconnect power to the refrigerator before starting your repair.

This ice door is used to seal off the ice chute when not in use. When in use the door will open in the dispenser chute to allow ice to be dispensed. This kit includes the ice door, support, spring, and delay. The heater ribbon is no longer attached. The heater is no longer needed due to an authorized update from the manufacturer. Seal

This part is a replacement refrigerator drive shaft seal for your refrigerator. The drive shaft seal protects the auger motor from water and condensation that may leak down the drive shaft from the ice bucket. If the seal is broken, water and condensation can get in, causing the ice maker to fail. To replace the seal, first remove the ice bucket from your freezer. Then remove the two screws on the drive shaft holder, and use a pair of pliers to remove the drive shaft. At this point you can remove the seal from the drive shaft. Be sure to clean the area that the seal sits in before you reinstall the drive shaft. This part is white in color and is about an inch in diameter. The seal is sold individually.

Water fill cup and bearing

The ice maker fill cup and bearing dispenses the water into the ice mold during the fill cycle.
