Rear tub gasket

The rear tub gasket is located between the drive shaft and the rear outer tub to form a watertight seal to prevent water from leaking. It is recommended to replace the two bearings at the same time as replacing the tub gasket. The gasket is black in color and measures approximately 3” in diameter. This is a genuine OEM part. Please make sure you disconnect the power and water supply to the washer before starting your repair.

Magnetic door plunger (holder)

The magnetic door plunger attaches to the inner door panel of your washer and will hold the door open when the washer is not in use and allows the door and tub seal to dry. By doing this it will prevent mold and mildew buildup around your door and seal. If your washer door will not close you many need to replace this part. Gasket (washer rear tub gasket 4036er4001b)

The outer tub gasket is used to create a seal between the front and rear outer tub to prevent water leaking. The tub gasket is located between the front outer tub and the rear outer tub. If your washer starts leaking from between the outer and rear tub, the tub gasket could be worn out or damaged and will need to be replaced. This part is black in color and made of rubber. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power and water supply to the washer before starting the repair.

Bearing,ball (ball bearing)

This is known as a tub bearing or a rear bearing, and it is part for your washing machine. The function of this bearing is to be a support for the spin basket shaft that is located at the back of the washer tub. This model is sold individually and measures to have a 2.5-inch outer diameter. As this bearing is very difficult to install, the manufacturer recommends completely replacing the rear tub and bearing assembly. If you are only installing the rear bearing, consider replacing the seal and the other bearing as they wear out together.

Leg assembly

This levelling leg is a genuine replacement part. It is used to help keep your washing machine stable and balanced. It helps support your appliance. It screws into the base of your washer, and you can thread it in or out to adjust the height. The foot on this leg is made of rubber, which helps with grip, stabilization, and vibration reduction. It is also hexagonal in shape, which allows you to more easily adjust it. This levelling leg features a locknut on the shaft which can be tightened against the bottom of your appliance, this will stop the leg from rotating while you are using your washer. This replacement is sold individually.

Cap,drain hose (washer drain pump filter drain hose plug)

This drain hose plug, also known as a hose cap, is a genuine OEM part for your washing machine. This plug caps the drain hose from the pump housing, and helps prevent leaks from your washer. Before beginning this repair, make sure the power and water sources to your washer are shut off. To access the pump housing, open the pump filter cover, pull out the drain hose, remove the old plug and replace it, first draining the remaining water from the drain hose.
