Handle screw (stopper,handle)

This handle screw, also known as a mounting bolt, is a mounting screw to help secure the door handle to your refrigerator door. If your handle is loose, you may just need to tighten the screw. If your screw is missing or broken, it may need to be replaced. There are multiple handle screws on your fridge, please consider ordering extra as they commonly wear at the same rate. This is about 1 inch long and metallic in color.

This is a replacement mullion rail for your French door-style refrigerator. You will typically find the mullion rail on the left side refrigerator door. The mullion rail helps to keep the refrigerator door closed. If the door will not close properly or if you notice leaking on your floor, you may need to replace the door mullion. A faulty mullion can gather moisture, resulting in a leak. To replace the mullion, simply disconnect the old mullion from the wire harness and unscrew it. Re-attach the wire harness to the mullion and screw it back into place.

Refrigerator door switch

The light switch lights up the interior cabinet of the refrigerator or freezer when the door is opened. If you open the door and the light won’t come on, or the light is always on, you may need to replace the light switch. The switch is white in color and measures approximately 2 1/2”. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power before starting the repair.

Door basket (basket assembly,door)

This door bin is for refrigerators. This part attaches to the inside of the refrigerator door and typically holds jars and bottles.

Door gasket - gray - right side (gasket assembly,door)

This door gasket is used to make an air-tight seal for the cabinet when the door is closed to prevent warm air from entering the refrigerator. The gasket is gray in color and made of rubber. If your refrigerator is too warm, has frost build up, or the gasket is torn, you may need to replace the door gasket because the refrigerator will need to work harder to cool down. This is a genuine OEM part.

Plastic tube - 5/16 inch (tube,plastic)

The 5/16” plastic water tubing attaches to the water inlet valve and goes into the refrigerator. The tubing supplies water to the water dispenser and the ice maker. If the tubing becomes damaged or cracked, it can cause water to leak out onto the floor and the water tubing will need to be replaced. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power and water supply before starting the repair.

Refrigerator water filter (filter assembly,water)

This refrigerator water filter replacement is for 2010 LG refrigerators that have either forward French doors or are the four-door dispensing models. This filter is designed to minimize impurities that can cause ill-tasting water or an unpleasant smell. It reduces sediment, dirt, rust, limescale, sand, and many other contaminants that can be harmful to your health and the life of your appliance. This filter should be replaced every 6 months or 200 gallons to ensure top quality performance. To remove your unwanted filter, press the push button to open the filter cover (water may spill from the hole), pull out the old cartridge in a downward motion. To install the new filter, make it so the ears are in the horizontal position and push the new cartridge into the housing until it stops. Push the filter upward until it is secure. Click the cover to lock it in place. Run water for approximately 5 minutes to prep the filter for use, and discard water. Reset the “filter reset” button if applicable.

Refrigerator spring (spring)

This is a replacement door mullion spring for your refrigerator. The door mullion is the flap that allows the doors on your French-door style refrigerator to close. The spring allows the mullion to fit into a latch on the refrigerator door frame, and lets the door stay closed properly. If you have a damaged spring, your door will not close properly. This part is sold individually.

Refrigerator Air Filters are a key component for neutralizing odors and ensuring a fresh stream of air into your refrigerator. Swapping your old filter out for a fresh one isn’t difficult and should take less than five minutes. This OEM filter measures approximately 3 inches (length) x 3 inches (height) x 5 inches (Depth). Air filters should be changed every 6 months depending on usage.
