This single green drum bearing slide attaches to the outer-most sides of the bearing to help support the front of the drum as it rotates. If your dryer is making loud noises or the drum won?t tumble you many need to replace the slides. The manufacturer recommends replacing both slides at the same time. There are 2 slides per dryer. This is a genuine OEM part. Please make sure to disconnect the power to the dryer before starting your repair.

If your washer won’t agitate during use, drum won’t drain, or there is a loud noise during operation, you may need to replace this part. A worn bearing also causes slow spinning or no spin at all. This kit includes the pulley that rotates to spin the tub, washer, and thrust bearing that fits between the pulley and the transmission shaft, 2 upper race washers, 1 lower race washer and the instruction sheet. The spin bearing is used to support the transmission shaft in the drive system and allows the transmission shaft to be able to spin freely during the spin cycle. When the spin bearing goes bad it can cause noises during the spin cycle and will need to be replaced. This part is made of metal and is secured by mounting screws.
