Shipping Methods and Costs

Easy Appliance Parts will ship your parts to any physical address within the contiguous United States. Because of duty restrictions Easy Appliance Parts is unable to ship most items to Canada. If you are a Canadian customer interested in purchasing parts from Easy Appliance Parts, please email Help@EasyApplianceParts.com with the details and you will be advised as to the cost of shipping to you. Easy Appliance Parts does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or United States offshore territories, including APO/FPO US military bases.

We offer you a variety of shipping options to best meet your needs. We work hard to ensure that you are charged the lowest possible rate for shipping, and that the rate you are charged is as fair as possible.

Please note that not all methods are available from all of Easy Appliance Parts's warehouses. The available shipping methods will be displayed to you when you are making your purchase. Costs include shipping and handling (no additional handling charges).

So that you get your parts as quickly as possible, Easy Appliance Parts will ship your parts as soon as they become available. Regardless of the number of shipments it takes to complete your order, you will only ever be charged freight once (see "Oversized Items and Extra Shipping Charges" below).

Find Part By Name

You can locate the repair you need by searching your entire model for it by name.

To find your part, type a part name in the search box. Keep your searches simple, e.g. 'belt' or 'pump'. Do not pluralize your search, e.g. use 'knob' instead of 'knobs'. Also, be sure to try different spelling variations as part names can vary.

If you're unsure about the name to use to locate your part, try searching for it by location instead.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Customers should provide street / civic addresses. Some of Easy Appliance Parts's warehouses ship only by courier and cannot ship to PO boxes. Customers who put in PO box addresses will be contacted via email for a correction. Easy Appliance Parts is not responsible for delays in shipping this may cause.

Part Availability

The mouse is pointing on the part availablity. Here the part is showing as in stock. You may also see on order, special order or NLA.

The availability of a part is determined on each individual part's status. The availability indicates how long it will take that item to leave our warehouse once you place your order. It does not include 'shipping time'.

The shipping method you choose, along with the part availability, and the date and time you place your order will determine when you will get your part. The availability status for each part will always be provided to you as you proceed through your purchase.

In Stock - Item is in stock and will ship today if your order is placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. If your order is placed after 4:00 PM EST, the in stock items will ship on the next business day.

On Order - Item is not currently in stock, and usually ships to you in 3 - 5 business days. Order today and you should receive your "on order" parts in 10 business days.

Special Order - Item is not a regularly stocked item and it will be ordered once your order is placed. It usually ships to you in 10-15 business days.

NLA - No Longer Available - This item is no longer being made by the manufacturer, and cannot be added to your shopping cart.

The following is a guide to indicate when items will ship if you place an order on that particular day.

Monday to Thursday - Order before 4:00 PM EST and the items in stock on your order will ship that day.

Friday - Place your order before 4:00 PM EST and your order will ship that day. Orders with in stock items placed later than 4:00 PM EST will ship Monday.

Saturday or Sunday - The in stock items on your order will ship Monday.

Backordered items - Items ship to you once they arrive, and regardless of the number of shipments it takes to complete your order, you will only be charged freight once.

Series Numbers

Manufacturers often make changes to models, which can sometimes result in different parts being used for your model. For instance, a motor may be changed mid-year, which could mean that a different wiring harness has to be used.

When a series number is shown on your appliance, you will need to identify what series your appliance belongs to. The series is the first few characters of your serial number. A serial number is found on the metal plate or the paper sticker attached to your appliance. It may look something like this:

Sample model number tag

When a given part in a model's part list has a series number, it means that the part is the right one for all models whose serial number starts with that series number, or a higher series number. If there is an exception to this rule, another part will be listed for you. To put it another way, you should select the part with the highest series number which is less than your entire serial number. For example:

Example Series Numbering System
Part's List Series Number: Serial Numbers it Applies To:
Series 10 1000000 ... 1999999
Series 20 2000000 ... 5999999
Series 60 6000000 ...

CVV

Providing your CVV ("Card Verification Value") number to an online merchant proves that you actually have the physical credit or debit card in your possession. This helps to keep you safe and reduce fraud.

CVV numbers are NOT your secret PIN (Personal Identification Number). Never enter your PIN number when asked to provide your CVV.

Visa®, Mastercard®, and Discover® cardholders:

Turn your card over and look at the signature box. You should see either the entire 16-digit credit card number or just the last four digits followed by a special 3-digit code. This 3-digit code is your CVV.

American Express® cardholders:

Look for the 4-digit code printed on the front of your card. This will be just above and to the right of your main credit card number.
