This dryer drum belt has four ridges, three grooves, 1/4-inch wide and 92 1/4-inch long. The belt helps rotate the drum. If the drum does not rotate and you can still hear the motor running, the belt may have broken and will need to be replaced. This is a genuine OEM part. This thermal fuse is used in dryers as a safety mechanism that stops the flow of electricity to the motor circuit when a dryer overheats. This replacement part features two 3/16 inch terminals, and is sold individually. When this fuse is faulty, your dryer will not start or it will not heat properly. This is a one-time fuse, meaning it cannot be re-set. It must be replaced when there is no longer continuity between the terminals. It attaches to the blower wheel housing. Blown fuses can be caused by clogged dryer vents. We recommend checking to make sure all of the vents are clear when you perform this repair.

This drum support roller kit is used for square-ported model clothes dryers. It has a metallic bearing in its center. This support roller is used to hold the drum in place in the cabinet while letting the drum rotate on the support rollers. If your dryer is noisy, will not tumble, or takes too long to dry you might need to replace the roller. The kit is a genuine OEM kit and it includes two drum support rollers, four tri rings, and one retaining washer. It is recommended that you replace both rollers at once. This thermal cut-off kit for a dryer includes one high limit thermostat with a limit of 250 degrees Fahrenheit, and one thermal cut-off fuse (309 degrees). The thermal cut-off (fuse) is meant to trip at a higher temperature than that of a high limit thermostat. This is a one-time use fuse, so when it does trip, you must replace it. The hi-limit thermostat acts as a safety mechanism that keeps the dryer from overheating. Once the dryer temperature reaches a certain point, this piece will shut down power to the heating element. This genuine OEM kit also includes flat heaters with jumper wires. Make sure to disconnect the power source to the dryer before beginning this repair.

This drive motor operates the dryer by turning the drive belt which spins the drum and will fit most Whirlpool incorporated dryer brands before 1996. If the motor has shorted out, it will no longer turn the drum and will need to be replaced. The drive motor includes the pulley that is not available separately. This is a genuine OEM part.
