You may return any part(s) to Easy Appliance Parts in its original condition for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of shipping. We will also refund the shipping charges
if EAP made an error in your shipment. Use our self-service feature to complete your return online.
All returns must have a return authorization.
Please Note: Electronic or electrical parts, which were installed or used, or “tried” CANNOT be accepted for refund under any circumstances.
If you feel you had received a wrong item or an item you have not ordered please contact us immediately at

If your part was received damaged, you must advise us within 10 days of receiving the damaged part to qualify for replacement of that item. Also see
