This newer-style terminal block kit includes two metal brackets, two pre-crimped wires with terminals, two ceramic wire nuts, a heat shrinking tube, and a mounting screw. This part is used to connect the wire harness to the surface burner element. If your element will not heat at all, or if it is not heating properly, it is likely an issue with the terminal block and it will need to be replaced. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power supply before starting your repair.

This electric range economy Y-frame surface element measures six inches and has three turns. It carries 1250 watts and is used on some electric ranges. The center medallion is chrome.

The terminal block provides a way of connecting individual electrical wires and offers protection from electrical surges, voltages and currents. This part will also allow you to attach the power cord to the inner wiring of your range.
