The door cam helps keep the door closed in the correct position. The cam is mounted around the door pivot point and is made up of a series of ridges and valleys to help keep the door in position. When you open the door, the cam will raise the door ever so slightly, then drop down into another valley to hold the door open. Then as you close the door again, just before the seal contacts the cabinet, the door will fall into another valley helping to hold the door closed. If your refrigerator uses a door closer, the door should shut all by itself. This part is black in color and made of plastic. This is a genuine OEM part.

This genuine Whirlpool water filter is used in your refrigerator to help reduce contaminants that may be in your household water supply. The water filter measures 2 1/2” in diameter and 10 1/2” long and is in the filter housing inside of your refrigerator. It is recommended to replace the water filter every 6 months for best performance. This is a replacement dairy compartment door for your refrigerator. The dairy compartment door opens and closes to allow access to the dairy items stored in the refrigerator door. Because it is made of clear plastic, the door can occasionally become cracked and broken. When the door is cracked, it will need to be replaced. The door measures approximately 15 inches in length and 6 inches in width. To replace the door, carefully remove the old door and insert the new door, lipped edge down. This product is sold individually and is OEM part from the manufacturer.
