This dryer drum belt has four ridges, three grooves, 1/4-inch wide and 92 1/4-inch long. The belt helps rotate the drum. If the drum does not rotate and you can still hear the motor running, the belt may have broken and will need to be replaced. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power to your dryer before starting the repair.

This drum support roller kit is used for square-ported model clothes dryers. It has a metallic bearing in its center. This support roller is used to hold the drum in place in the cabinet while letting the drum rotate on the support rollers. If your dryer is noisy, will not tumble, or takes too long to dry you might need to replace the roller. The kit is a genuine OEM kit and it includes two drum support rollers, four tri rings, and one retaining washer. It is recommended that you replace both rollers at once. Please remember to disconnect the power to your appliance before starting your repair.

The tri ring is used to hold the drum support rollers or the idler pulley onto the shaft. If your dryer will not tumble or is noisy, you may need to replace the tri ring. This is a genuine OEM part and is sold individually.

This drive motor operates the dryer by turning the drive belt which spins the drum and will fit most Whirlpool incorporated dryer brands before 1996. If the motor has shorted out, it will no longer turn the drum and will need to be replaced. The drive motor includes the pulley that is not available separately. This is a genuine OEM part. The idler pulley wheel provides the tension for a multi-ribbed belt and helps the belt to rotate the drum. The drum will not spin if the idler pulley fails to put the correct amount of tension on the belt. The wheel is white in color and is made of plastic. If the drum will not tumble, is noisy, or will not start, you may need to replace this part. This idler pulley is a genuine OEM part. The blower wheel is a squirrel cage type wheel whose purpose is to move the air through the room or appliance. The blower wheel spins on the motor shaft to blow air through the dryer drum and out through the exhaust.
