This rear drum bearing kit comes with a shaft, bearing and installation instructions. The bearing plate comes with a slot in it for the ground strap. Over time the drum bearing will wear out, once it has the dryer may make some noise and the drum bearing will need to be replaced. This kit will help keep your dryer running as smoothly as possible with as little noise as possible. This is a genuine OEM part. This 10W - 120V light bulb is used on the inside of your dryer to provide light when the door is open. It is clear in color and has a standard screw-in base. If your current bulb is burnt out or broken you will need to replace it. This bulb is a genuine OEM part and is sold individually.

The idler pulley helps maintain the proper amount of tension on the drive belt to turn the drum. The idler pulley is located between the motor pulley and drum to provide tension on the belt. If the part has become worn, it could cause the dryer to be noisy or squeaky, and the pulley will need to be replaced. This part is yellow in color, made of plastic, and measures approximately 2 1/2” in diameter. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power to the dryer before starting the repair.

This is the replacement rotary start switch for your dryer. It is silver and black in color, with a white D-shaped shaft. The rotary start switch is found inside the dryer control panel, and when actuated, it starts the dryer. Over time, the contacts inside the switch can short out, and when this happens, the dryer will not start. As you will be working around electricity, be sure to disconnect the dryer from the power source before you begin this repair. This part is sold individually and is an authentic OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer.

NOTE: Be very careful to not handle the igniter by its gray part as it's very fragile. Hold it by its white tip only.
