The run capacitor is attached to the compressor. This part helps the compressor kick on and off while maintaining a constant temperature to keep things frozen in your freezer. The shelf support is located inside of the cabinet on the right side and is used to support the shelf inside of the freezer. The support measures approximately 6 1/2” in length, is white in color and made of plastic. If the part becomes damaged it will need to be replaced. This is a genuine OEM part and is sold individually.
