The two-terminal high limit thermostat has a limit of 260 degrees Fahrenheit and acts as a safety mechanism that keeps the dryer from overheating. The thermostat will cut out when the internal dryer temperature reaches 260 and then cuts back in when the temperature drops by 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Blower housing covers and protects the blower fan wheel, and helps direct the flow of air through the dryer.

The dryer drum support roller with clip helps hold the drum in place while the drum rotates on the support wheels. Over time the bearings can wear out, causing them to make a squeaking sound while the dryer drum turns. The manufacturer recommends replacing both rollers at the same time.
