The run capacitor is attached to the compressor. This part is 120 volts and 15 mfd. The run capacitor helps the compressor kick on and off while maintaining a constant temperature to keep things frozen in your freezer. The defrost timer acts like a clock, continually advances and alternates between activating the cooling cycle and the defrost heater. If the refrigerator is too warm, the freezer section is too warm, or the freezer is not defrosting, you might need to replace the defrost timer. This defrost timer is a genuine OEM part. Disconnect the power to the refrigerator before starting the repair.

This door gasket is for freezers.
The door gasket creates a seal around the door to prevent warm air from entering the freezer.

The 115-volt evaporator fan motor is in the back of the freezer section and circulates air over the coils. These coils will convert the heat into cool air, which is then circulated. If your freezer is noisy or too warm from the motor not working, you will need to replace this part. It is suggested to replace the thermistor when replacing the evaporator fan. This is a genuine OEM part – note the screw holes in the motor are not threaded from the factory, use your old screws. Please remember to disconnect the power to the refrigerator before starting your repair.
