This 40-watt light bulb has a standard screw-in base and is used in many different appliances. If your current bulb is burnt out or broken you will need to replace it. This light bulb is a genuine OEM part and is sold individually.

If your door shelf retainer bar is not staying in place you may need to replace the end cap. The end cap helps secure the bar in place on the refrigerator door. The defrost thermostat snaps onto the top portion of the evaporator, it acts as a safety device and protects the evaporator from overheating during the defrost cycle. The thermostat can sense the rise in the evaporator temperature during the defrost cycle and cycles the defrost heater off after all the frost is melted from the coils. The defrost thermostat may need to be replaced if the appliance is experiencing temperature-related issues such as: too cold, too warm, frost buildup, not running, or running too long. This is a genuine OEM part. It is recommended to disconnect the power to your appliance before starting your repair.

If your refrigerator or freezer is too warm or making noises, you may need to replace the fan blade. The fan blade attaches to the evaporator motor, which is in the freezer section, to help circulate the cold air into the refrigerator and freezer sections. This is a white cut-to-fit door shelf retainer bar that attaches to the refrigerator door to help hold in items in place. You may need to cut the bar to the size of your original door shelf retainer bar. If your door shelf is broken or lost you should replace it. This is a genuine OEM part.

The run capacitor, with new crimp wire connectors, is attached to the compressor and is 250 volts. It helps the compressor kick on and off while maintaining a constant temperature to keep things frozen in your freezer.
