This 120 volt, 60Hz defrost timer acts like a clock, continually advances and alternates between activating the cooling cycle and the defrost heater. If the refrigerator is too warm, freezer section too warm or freezer not defrosting you might need to replace the defrost timer. This is a genuine OEM part. Disconnect the power to the refrigerator before starting the repair.

The water tubing is made of plastic and goes between the water valve and the back of your refrigerator. The tubing is 72-inch in length, 1/4 inch in diameter, and comes with 2 inserts. This tube may be longer than the original tube and may need to be cut to fit your appliance. The water tube transports water to the ice and water dispensers. If there is no water going to the ice maker, your refrigerator is leaking, or if the ice and water dispensers are not dispensing properly, you may need to replace this tube kit. This part is an OEM part directly from the manufacturer. Please remember to shut off the water supply and to disconnect the power to your refrigerator before starting your repair.

This single 1/4-inch compression nut is used to connect the lines that supply water to the correct components, the water dispenser and the ice maker, with the plastic water line of the icemaker assembly. The filter drier tube with system access port, works in conjunction with your refrigerator by filtering the refrigerant that travels through the seal system of your refrigerator. This part measures approximately 10” long and is a genuine OEM part. Please make sure to disconnect the power before starting the repair. Please note it is recommended to have a service technician install the filter drier tube because it involves recharging and recovering refrigerant in the sealed refrigerant system.
