The flat style oven igniter is used to ignite the gas to light the oven burner in your range. If your oven is not heating, check the igniter to make sure it is glowing. If the igniter is glowing and your oven is not heating, then your igniter is not strong enough to heat the oven and you will need to replace it. When replacing the igniter please be very careful not to touch the black element part of the igniter as it is very fragile. The part measures approximately 3-3/4" in length and the amperage range is 3.3 to 3.6. The kit comes with a mounting bracket and a wire connector with a plug. *Please note: the connector plug might need to be removed and spliced to the range wiring using porcelain wire nuts. This is a genuine OEM part.

The oven door bumper is used to protect the exterior of the oven when the door is closed. By installing the door bumpers, it will prevent the drawer door from rubbing against the cabinet. If one breaks or goes missing you will need to replace the bumper. This part is black in color, made of rubber, and is sold individually. This is a genuine OEM part.

The burner cap sits on top of the burner base and acts as a cover for the burner head. It helps protect the burner head from spills and helps spread the burner flame for even cooking. It is black in color and just over 3 inches in diameter. If your old burner cap is damaged or missing, this is the part that will replace it. This is a replacement burner cap for your gas range or cooktop. The burner cap is found on the burner head, and prevents debris from getting into the head when it is not in use. The cap is black in color and is sold individually. It is a little more than 4 inches in diameter. To replace the burner cap, simply remove the damaged cap, and replace it with the new one.
