This dryer drum belt has four ridges, three grooves, 1/4-inch wide and 92 1/4-inch long. The belt helps rotate the drum. If the drum does not rotate and you can still hear the motor running, the belt may have broken and will need to be replaced. This is a genuine OEM part. This drum support roller is sold individually. Most dryers require two. The tri-rings are included. This is a drum support roller for a dryer. It is a genuine replacement part. The part includes the drum roller only and does not include the tri-rings. This part is sold separately. Most dryers require two drum rollers. It is recommended to check and replace both drum support rollers at the same time to ensure proper drum rotation and because they often wear at the same rate. This 240V/5400W heating element is strung with a coiled wire made of a nickel and a chrome alloy. This wire receives, but resists, a controlled electric current, causing the wire to heat up. The heat produced is used to dry the clothes in your dryer. If the dryer has no heat, takes too long to dry, or the heating element burns out, the heating element will need to be replaced since it cannot be repaired. This is a genuine OEM part. The cycling thermostat with an internal bias heater will continually cycle the heating element off and on to maintain a constant inner temperature in the dryer. This cycling thermostat has a limit of 155 degrees Fahrenheit and a differential of 25 degrees. Meaning that the heating element will cut out at 155 degrees and cycle back on once the internal temperature drops by 25 degrees. This is a genuine OEM part. This thermal cut-off kit for a dryer includes one high limit thermostat with a limit of 250 degrees Fahrenheit, and one thermal cut-off fuse (309 degrees). The thermal cut-off (fuse) is meant to trip at a higher temperature than that of a high limit thermostat. This is a one-time use fuse, so when it does trip, you must replace it. The hi-limit thermostat acts as a safety mechanism that keeps the dryer from overheating. Once the dryer temperature reaches a certain point, this piece will shut down power to the heating element.
